Location: Hybrid in Sandy, UT (USA) - 2 days office, 3 days remote

What you will do

• Lead cross-department, multi-discipline teams to deliver CXone infrastructure and product vision.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate market requirements into actionable work items for engineers and QA.
• Manage dependencies, remove roadblocks, and provide visibility to executive sponsors.
• Drive the project lifecycle to ensure goals are met on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate release schedules and communicate updates across environments.
• Interface with enterprise teams to implement assigned program objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Sandy, UT (Hybrid).
• 5+ years of Program, Project, or Product Management experience.
• Proven success in defining and launching products and writing software specifications.
• Strong technical background in communications, telephony, hosted solutions, or contact centers.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and MSProject.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
