Vice President, Storefront (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Define and execute the storefront vision, roadmap, and operating model to align with growth objectives.
• Own commercial performance including revenue, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Lead storefront merchandising, purchase flows, and checkout experiences using A/B testing and personalization.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to establish and scale the storefront technology strategy.
• Utilize predictive analytics and behavioral data to identify growth opportunities and develop performance frameworks.
• Champion a customer-first culture to improve customer journeys and reduce friction across all digital channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in digital commerce, eCommerce, growth, or online marketplaces.
• 7+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of P&L responsibility and success in scaling subscription-based digital businesses.
• Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), pricing strategy, and customer lifecycle management.

• Experience in web hosting, domains, SaaS, or cybersecurity industries.
• Experience working in PE-backed, high-growth, or transformation-focused environments.
• Experience managing global teams and multi-market digital businesses.
