Salary: $210,000 – $330,000

What you will do

  • Define and drive pricing and packaging strategies for platform and Scores offerings.
  • Develop scalable pricing structures for the hirify.global Platform to expand revenue and improve margins.
  • Lead the strategic transition to consumption-based pricing for next-generation offerings.
  • Analyze customer segmentation and ROI to generate actionable pricing insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance to implement billing requirements and discounting frameworks.
  • Establish pricing best practices and repeatable processes across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven global expertise in SaaS and on-premise software pricing.
  • Strong analytical foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Deep understanding of revenue recognition rules for software.
  • Experience with financial services business models and API-based marketplace models.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Software Engineering (MBA strongly preferred).
