What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a distributed team of BU-aligned Product Marketing Managers.
• Design and enforce segmentation and positioning standards across all business units.
• Partner with GMs and Product leadership to define portfolio-level GTM strategy and market prioritization.
• Transform competitive intelligence into a strategic institutional infrastructure, including win/loss analysis.
• Architect cross-sell pathways and ensure a unified ecosystem narrative across the portfolio.
• Align commercial execution across Product, Sales, Digital Experience, and Content Marketing.

Requirements

• Proven leadership of product marketing teams in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
• Experience managing multi-product or multi-BU portfolios within a global organization.
• Fluency across SMB and enterprise buyer journeys and messaging models.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-growth, PE-backed environments with M&A complexity.
• Strong commercial architecture thinking and analytical rigor.
