What you will do

• Own and optimize Workday Core HCM and Security frameworks, including business processes and workflows.
• Design and manage Workday security architecture, roles, domains, and permissions.
• Build advanced reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for People and Finance teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy.
• Partner with IT and Finance to ensure data consistency across Workday and downstream financial systems.
• Support Workday integrations and troubleshoot system issues to implement scalable fixes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday expertise.
• Strong configuration experience in Core HCM, Security, and the Business Process Framework.
• Expertise in Advanced Reporting and Calculated Fields.
• Must be based in the US; remote candidates must be in PT or CT time zones.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT).

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, Payroll, or Talent/Performance modules.
• Technical experience with EIB, Studio, or API integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in global or matrixed organizations.
