What you will do

• Lead NetSuite design and delivery for 3PL and carrier onboarding to ensure fulfillment SLAs are met.
• Drive the supply chain data maturity initiative to establish a single-source-of-truth for reporting.
• Own the integration of a new supply chain visibility platform for real-time shipment and inventory tracking.
• Design and implement integrations for global reverse logistics partners to enable scalable international returns.
• Serve as the primary NetSuite SME for supply chain and logistics stakeholders.
• Partner with Engineering to replace point-to-point integration debt with reusable, API-based services.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and configuring NetSuite ERP.
• Proven experience building and supporting EDI integrations between NetSuite and external logistics partners.
• Experience designing custom NetSuite solutions within OneWorld/multi-subsidiary environments.
• Working knowledge of TMS systems and demand/supply planning technology.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Daily experience using LLM assistants (e.g., Claude) for requirements analysis, documentation, and communication.
