Location: Ability to work 100% remotely (Global) or Hybrid (Toronto, Vancouver, Canada)
Salary: $80,000 - $119,000 CAD base plus bonuses

What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to leaders to align people strategies with business goals and organizational success.
- Manage talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and career growth discussions.
- Coach managers on leadership practices, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Handle employee relations investigations and mitigate people-related risks while maintaining a positive experience.
- Guide organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- Utilize data and metrics to provide insights and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 3+ years as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong background in employee relations, talent management, and leadership coaching.
- Experience supporting high-growth, fast-paced organizations through change and scale.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work 100% remotely.
Nice to have
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience supporting teams specifically in British Columbia and Ontario.
- Experience partnering with executive and senior leadership teams.
