Salary: $190k - $240k + Equity

What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation organizations.
• Partner with Finance and RevOps on headcount planning, sales compensation design, and comp cycle execution.
• Establish HRBP frameworks and playbooks for onboarding, ramp, and performance calibration tailored for GTM teams.
• Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, and inspection rigor in a quota-driven environment.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and drive engagement and recognition strategies.
• Define and implement the HRBP operating model to support rapid global scaling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience as an HRBP or People Partner in high-growth SaaS or tech companies.
• Deep fluency in GTM dynamics, including quota-carrying performance management and incentive comp structures.
• Expertise in org design, change management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Proven track record of scaling HRBP functions from early stages into mature teams.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco or New York City.
