What you will do

• Manage multi-state payroll, including wage computation, overtime, deductions, and bonus runs.
• Handle tax setup, compliance auditing, and payroll configuration within HRIS.
• Lead system conversions and implementations for payroll and time/attendance systems such as ADP, PayChex, and Paycom.
• Coordinate 401(k) and HSA submissions and audit benefit deductions against carrier enrollment.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to optimize operations and maintain agreed-upon solutions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of payroll experience in a dedicated function across multiple jurisdictions.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Working knowledge of payroll processing, taxes, compliance, and auditing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (preferred).
