What you will do

• Manage a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters and monitor their daily activities.
• Drive sales targets for the assigned area through daily merchant visits and relationship management with store PICs.
• Ensure the successful execution of area programs and the achievement of sales goals.
• Oversee the placement of POP promotional materials within stores.
• Collaborate with partner operational teams to gather intelligence on sales, competitors, and field issues.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment sessions for promoters.

Requirements

• Placement: Must be based in the Malang Area.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related sales field.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage both a team and a specific geographic area.
• Education: Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to work shifting schedules.

Nice to have

• Experience specialized in Sales for Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.).
