About the Role

You will own revenue growth as an individual contributor, managing your own book of business. You will build and execute sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and develop institutional relationships across payments, remittances, exchanges, fintechs, OTC desks, and banks. You will shape target segments, outreach, pricing, and commercial structures, while representing the business at industry events.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in crypto OTC sales, institutional crypto business development, or an adjacent role.
• Proven track record of closing deals with institutional clients.
• Existing network of decision-makers at institutional crypto buyers and sellers.
• Understanding of stablecoin markets, OTC trading mechanics, and institutional client needs including spreads, settlement speed, credit, and compliance.
• Experience explaining complex liquidity products to technical and non-technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly trading-volume and revenue targets.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through commercial negotiation and live onboarding.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of institutional prospects across payment gateways, PSPs, remittance companies, crypto exchanges, OTC desks, fintechs, and banks.
• Activate existing relationships with institutional crypto buyers and sellers.
• Represent Liminal Prime at industry conferences, events, and partner meetings globally.
• Position Liminal Prime as the go-to liquidity partner in the markets covered.
• Define target customer segments, prioritise geographies, and develop outreach strategies.
• Work with marketing to develop collateral, case studies, and campaigns that support pipeline generation.
• Own pricing conversations and commercial structuring with the GM and trading desk.
