What you will do

• Build and nurture C-suite relationships to uncover and address critical business challenges.
• Design tailored enterprise-grade solutions in collaboration with product, delivery, and marketing teams.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts to expand hirify.global's footprint.
• Act as the voice of the client to influence product roadmaps and solution strategies.
• Execute comprehensive business plans to drive account growth and long-term profitability.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience managing strategic relationships within large financial institutions.
• Track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar SaaS deals.
• Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, or consumer lending.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to maintain close client partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or equivalent commercial experience.
