What you will do

• Identify, vet, and onboard vendors to secure the best quality, cost, speed, and scalability.
• Manage supplier relationships through performance tracking (WBR/MBR) and onboarding training.
• Collaborate with merchants and procurement to optimize pricing and achieve margin targets.
• Develop fast replenishment capabilities through capacity management and sales data analysis.
• Ensure factories comply with legal, ethical, and sustainability standards, including fair labour practices.
• Implement risk management strategies and establish backup sourcing options.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience specifically in Kids & Baby categories.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
• Proven ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges as a self-starter.
• Solid track record in supply chain management or retail operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
