What you will do

• Identify and drive sourcing for suppliers based on business needs and alignment with supplier management strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with category strategies, supplier base plans, contracts, and industry best practices.
• Participate in target setting and performance follow-up, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage the end-to-end RFQ process, including negotiation and contract management.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a proactive Business Partner.
• Facilitate networking on site and share best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in sourcing, contracting, and supplier base management.
• Experience working within global or international business environments.
