What you will do

• Support Sourcing Managers with transactional system work, including updating pricing and resolving invoices.
• Act as the first point of contact for plants and suppliers to resolve payment issues.
• Assist with Request for Quotes (RFQs) and perform bid analysis.
• Track volumes for rebates and ensure compliance with business contracts.
• Manage minimum and maximum order quantities and total volumes.
• Ensure compliance with Sourcing best practices, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and extraction.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Porto, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in SAP.
