What you will do

• Shape Creative Advertising & Production category sourcing plans using business needs and market insights.
• Develop and manage a flexible supplier base covering contracting, negotiations, risk, and performance.
• Partner with Product Marketing & Development colleagues to ensure supplier insight informs early project choices.
• Lead regional RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, including commercial governance and approvals.
• Collaborate in category forums to improve forecasts, capacity planning, and digital ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related commercial role with exposure to marketing services.
• Proven ability to manage projects, change, and supplier discussions with clarity.
• Comfortable working across different countries and with remote teams.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or have the right to work in London (UK) or Billund (DK), as no relocation is provided.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP, Coupa, or similar sourcing and contract systems.
• Knowledge of compliance across GDPR, cyber security, and confidentiality.
• Additional language skills or experience in analytics practice.
