What you will do

• Design end-to-end order fulfillment processes across Salesforce Order Management and related platforms.
• Define data mappings and interface contracts between Salesforce and downstream fulfillment systems.
• Translate business requirements and epics into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Govern cross-system data flows and integration patterns for reliable order orchestration.
• Lead design discussions across global time zones with sales, logistics, and support teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Salesforce Order Management and CRM platforms.
• Experience collaborating with ERP, WMS, or service provisioning systems.
• Ability to create scalable functional designs and interface specifications from complex business needs.
• Understanding of REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and batch processing.
• Experience with agile frameworks and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Role location: Westminster, Colorado, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume enterprise order processing and logistics environments.
• Familiarity with partial shipments, backorders, and digital provisioning.
• Experience using Postman for API validation.
