Salesforce Senior Developer (State Consulting)

Location: US - Sacramento, California; travel may be required as needed.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000–$160,000 base compensation range.

What you will do

• Configure and develop Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds for client engagements.
• Lead technical discussions with business and development stakeholders and guide solutions toward best practices.
• Define scalable, maintainable system architecture and support integrations between Salesforce and other applications.
• Develop Salesforce use cases with Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement security, access controls, development, deployment, and code-quality practices.
• Create technical documentation, participate in peer reviews, and collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a technical role.
• 1+ year of experience in a senior or lead capacity.
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, technical system documentation, and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I/II certifications.
