Senior GTM Systems Administrator (Salesforce)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $135,000–$175,500 for candidates in New York City and San Francisco; $101,500–$149,000 for other US-based team members, plus annual bonus potential, equity participation, and benefits.

What you will do

• Administer Nue CPQ, including product catalogs, price books, quote templates, approval routing, and opportunity-to-quote handoffs.
• Maintain catalog consistency between CPQ and Salesforce and support pricing governance with Finance and Deal Desk.
• Manage enrichment, intelligence, engagement, and Salesforce integrations, including field mappings, matching, deduplication, and data flows.
• Monitor integration health, investigate sync failures, and improve data quality through proactive alerting.
• Run the GTM systems intake queue, manage user access and lifecycle, and communicate delivery timelines to stakeholders.
• Deploy AI-assisted workflows and maintain sandbox-first release, testing, and rollback practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in B2B SaaS, including ownership of a production org.
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification is required at the time of hire.
• Experience configuring CPQ or quoting systems, including catalogs, pricing rules, approval workflows, and quote-to-revenue handoffs.
• Fluency with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
• Ability to read REST API documentation, troubleshoot integration payloads, and write SOQL queries.
• Experience administering GTM tools and shipping at least one AI-assisted workflow into a production operational process.

Nice to have

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with Nue, usage-based billing, ERP integrations such as NetSuite, or iPaaS tools such as Workato, Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• Ability to modify lightweight Apex or use Git-based deployment tooling.
• Experience with multi-product catalogs, post-acquisition systems integration, enterprise customers, open-source, AI, or data science companies.
