Salary: $135,000–$170,000 annually

What you will do

• Define the long-term Salesforce enterprise architecture, platform roadmap, governance framework, and technical standards.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions, integrations, API and middleware architectures, and real-time or batch data synchronization.
• Lead security, identity, compliance, Salesforce Shield, SSO, data sharing, and large data volume architecture.
• Evaluate and integrate AppExchange packages and enterprise tools such as Copado, Einstein, Data Cloud, HubSpot, ServiceNow, and Own Backup.
• Govern CI/CD, release management, automated testing, branching practices, and zero-downtime deployments.
• Mentor developers, analysts, and administrators while serving as the escalation point for complex defects, performance issues, and technical anomalies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or progress toward the Certified Technical Architect pathway.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in an architecture or technical leadership role.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, multi-million-record environments, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, custom APIs, and asynchronous processing.
• Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce AI solutions, including Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, and custom LLM integrations.
• Expertise in Salesforce limits, performance optimization, relational data modeling, Git, CI/CD, and automated deployments.

Nice to have

• Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, Data Architecture and Management Designer, or Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer certifications.
