What you will do

• Balance production lines using AutoCAD and LEAN/Continuous Improvement tools.
• Analyze production capacities and calculate "need to run" in coordination with the finance team.
• Collaborate routinely with LEAN teams and production areas to optimize workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Process Quality, Finance, and Production departments.
• Provide technical support to multidisciplinary project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering practices.
• Experience working within global manufacturing companies.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience using SAP.
• Advanced English level.
