What you will do

• Manage the Tooling Workshop, ensuring the reliability of dies and availability of tooling for production.
• Coordinate the preventive maintenance program for dies and oversee the activities of CNC and EDM personnel.
• Lead the start-up and implementation of new assembly lines and processes (NPI) transferred from other plants or corporate.
• Execute continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects to optimize process flows and reconstruct workstations for cost reduction.
• Maintain technical documentation, including BOMs, routings, work methods, and plant layout updates.
• Perform root cause analysis for in-plant defects and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering combined with Tool Room expertise.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading technical and operational personnel.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S, VSM, Kaizen) and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams.
