What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term capacity strategies based on product roadmaps and demand variability.
• Analyze operational data to identify risks and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Optimize equipment schedules, layouts, and procurement to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Design production capacity models and implement layout methodologies to enhance factory performance.
• Forecast build plans and facility designs to align with evolving customer requirements.
• Monitor toolset performance and roadmaps to ensure alignment with network strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or related field with 4+ years of experience (or Master's with 3+ years/PhD).
• Advanced proficiency in manufacturing systems design, process optimization, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong project management skills and advanced Excel modeling capabilities.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or Power BI.
• Must have valid US work authorization (No immigration sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Master's degree or PhD in Industrial/Systems Engineering.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for large-scale process improvement.
• Background in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer foundry, or OSAT environments.
