What you will do

• Optimize processes to match tooling, equipment, and facility requirements for efficient production.
• Design cost-effective production lines utilizing both operators and robotics in mold and assembly operations.
• Contribute to the successful launch of new products and implement continuous improvement (CI) projects.
• Act as an MPS Implementer to drive Lean Manufacturing goals and strategies across the organization.
• Facilitate training and workshops on operational excellence principles.
• Evaluate CI activities and implement performance optimization plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operational excellence or process improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, SAP, and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Working knowledge of ISO14001 and IATF standards.
• Experience in plastic molding and assembly or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
