• Lead enterprise-aligned process improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Provide technical leadership in Lean, Six Sigma, and process reengineering.
• Analyze and design manufacturing workflows and layouts to maximize efficiency and utilization.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end improvement projects.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses to ensure value realization from initiatives.
• Develop organizational capability through training, coaching, and best practice deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
• U.S. work authorization (sponsorship available for this Principal-level role).

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience in regulated, high-volume medical device manufacturing.
• Expertise in process mapping, root-cause analysis, and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience supporting New Product Introductions (NPI) and site expansions.
