What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Software Engineering, Data Science, ML, and Product roles across multiple regions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Oversee the entire candidate journey from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Drive offer management to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to hire.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• 2+ years of experience in a high-growth tech startup environment.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (SE, DS, ML, Product).
• Proven experience recruiting for B2B SaaS companies.
• Hands-on experience recruiting in UK and EU markets.
• Proficiency with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and data-driven reporting.
