What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Software Engineering, Data Science, ML, and Product roles across multiple regions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Oversee the entire candidate journey from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Drive offer management to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to hire.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- 2+ years of experience in a high-growth tech startup environment.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (SE, DS, ML, Product).
- Proven experience recruiting for B2B SaaS companies.
- Hands-on experience recruiting in UK and EU markets.
- Proficiency with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and data-driven reporting.
