Associate Director, Talent Management

Location: Onsite in Lewisberry, Jessup, or Pittston, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $149,000–$245,000 per year, plus potential equity and bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Shape the enterprise Talent Management strategy and define multi-year priorities.
• Lead complex, ambiguous, and cross-functional initiatives across HR and business stakeholder groups.
• Design, pilot, implement, and scale talent practices for assessing, developing, deploying, and retaining talent.
• Integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into talent strategy and decision-making.
• Own roadmaps, milestones, success measures, and continuous improvement for assigned talent priorities.
• Build stakeholder commitment, advise senior leaders, and translate organizational patterns into enterprise-level insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Management or related enterprise roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Ability to operate independently on strategic, complex, and high-priority work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic and critical-thinking skills, including structuring ambiguous problems and evaluating broader implications.
• Business acumen and experience translating organizational needs into measurable outcomes.
• Experience advising and influencing senior HR and business leaders.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience using white papers, memos, or other written narratives to communicate recommendations and support decisions.
