Associate Director, Talent Management (AI)

Location: Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, United States; available in multiple locations

Base salary: $149,000–$245,000 per year, plus potential equity grants and annual bonus eligibility for C08+ positions

What you will do

• Shape the enterprise Talent Management strategy and multi-year priorities.
• Lead complex, ambiguous, and cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
• Design, pilot, implement, and scale talent practices for assessing, developing, deploying, and retaining talent.
• Integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into strategic design to improve decision-making and data-driven talent practices.
• Own assigned talent-priority strategies and roadmaps, translating objectives into plans, milestones, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Build stakeholder commitment, advise senior leaders, lead change, and continuously improve talent practices using data and feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Management or related enterprise roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Ability to operate independently on strategic, complex, and high-priority talent work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong strategic and critical-thinking skills, including structuring ambiguous problems, evaluating intangible factors, and anticipating broader implications.
• Business acumen and ability to translate organizational needs into outcomes.
• Experience advising and influencing senior HR and business leaders.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience using written narratives such as white papers or memos to communicate recommendations and support decisions.
