What you will do

• Manage a defined territory focused on specialty public safety SaaS products.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Apply MEDDPICC rigorously for deal qualification and forecasting accuracy.
• Leverage Challenger Sale methodology to reframe customer thinking and create value.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with Strategic and Enterprise Sales teams to identify whitespace opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of proven success in SaaS sales, preferably within the public safety or technology sectors.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to apply MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale methodologies.
• Must pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based FBI CJIS background check.
• Compliance with FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy is required.
