hirify.global is a SaaS company providing a comprehensive retail operating system (DOS) for cannabis dispensaries and multi-state operators across the US.

What you will do

  • Own the full 360 sales cycle for net-new and existing dispensary locations in the Northeast territory.
  • Prospect and qualify accounts via outbound activity, events, and referrals to maintain a 4x quota pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Lead discovery sessions and ROI-focused demos to close bundled SaaS contracts covering POS, payments, and e-commerce.
  • Manage accurate deal stages and submit weekly forecasts with commit, best-case, and upside projections.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Success teams to share market insights and refine GTM strategy.
  • Travel 25–50% regionally for customer meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or retail technology.
  • Skilled in using HubSpot and BANT methodologies.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel 25–50% of the time.
