What you will do
- Own the full 360 sales cycle for net-new and existing dispensary locations in the Northeast territory.
- Prospect and qualify accounts via outbound activity, events, and referrals to maintain a 4x quota pipeline in HubSpot.
- Lead discovery sessions and ROI-focused demos to close bundled SaaS contracts covering POS, payments, and e-commerce.
- Manage accurate deal stages and submit weekly forecasts with commit, best-case, and upside projections.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Success teams to share market insights and refine GTM strategy.
- Travel 25–50% regionally for customer meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or retail technology.
- Skilled in using HubSpot and BANT methodologies.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to travel 25–50% of the time.
