is building a modern platform for co-branded credit cards that helps brands grow customer lifetime value through advanced payments infrastructure.
What you will do
- Define and execute launch strategies and target segments for new partner integrations.
- Manage end-to-end launch workback schedules, tracking dependencies across creative, ops, and data teams.
- Brief lifecycle marketing on email, push, and SMS campaigns, and coordinate with paid and organic channel owners.
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for new partners, educating them on co-branded card best practices.
- Develop a scalable marketing launch playbook and knowledge base to standardize the cardholder experience.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to translate partnership milestones into marketing activations.
Requirements
- Proven track record of executing co-marketing or partner marketing programs with measurable results.
- Strong expertise in GTM strategy and multi-channel execution (PR, lifecycle, web, paid, organic).
- Experience managing complex launch timelines and cross-functional execution plans end-to-end.
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes partner relationships simultaneously with clarity and follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills for writing, presenting, and partner-facing interactions.
- Data-driven approach to campaign evaluation and optimization.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, consumer finance, or card-linked loyalty programs.
- Background in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
- Experience building partner marketing functions or playbooks from the ground up.
