Base Salary Range: $96,100 - $135,700

What you will do
- Define and own end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, including lifecycle frameworks, journey architecture, and engagement models.
- Design state-based lifecycle journeys across key milestones (onboarding, enrollment, contribution optimization, job changes, retirement readiness).
- Build and evolve segmentation and personalization strategies using behavioral, demographic, and financial data.
- Partner with Product and Digital teams to embed lifecycle journeys into participant-facing platforms and influence feature prioritization.
- Orchestrate multi-channel experiences across email, web, mobile, and advisor-supported channels.
- Lead measurement frameworks and test-and-learn experimentation roadmaps; translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Work authorization: Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa (including CPT/OPT).
- 8–12+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or engagement marketing, preferably in financial services or workplace benefits.
- Proven ownership of lifecycle marketing strategy with measurable outcomes (engagement, retention, contribution rates).
- Deep expertise in journey design, segmentation, personalization, and multi-channel orchestration.
- Advanced experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
- Experience operating in regulated environments and partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
