What you will do

• Develop and implement SEO/AEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve keyword rankings.
• Execute multilingual AEO strategies to enhance global search and LLM visibility.
• Manage technical SEO tasks including site speed, crawlability, and indexing in collaboration with the digital team.
• Lead and mentor an associate, overseeing goals, priorities, and professional development.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and Google Analytics/SEMrush for data-driven optimization and behavior prediction.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to execute integrated marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in SEO/AEO with team leadership experience.
• Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
• Proven success managing multi-language websites and global strategies.
• Must be based in or able to work in Atlanta, Georgia.
