Location: Remote, United States. Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00pm to 7:30am ET.

Compensation: $46/hr (regular) - $55/hr (premium)

What you will do

• Triage and provide clinical support for incoming patient communications.
• Conduct phone assessments of clinical symptoms to determine the best path of care.
• Assist in the development of processes and systems for urgent care and virtual triage.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical care teams to provide high-quality primary and urgent care.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Licensed RN with 2+ years of experience in clinical triage (preferably ER or primary care).
• Active Nurse License Compact (NLC).
• Strong knowledge of chronic disease states, complex medical conditions, and clinical phone assessments.
• Proficiency in written communication and technology.

Nice to have

• Active RN licenses in NY, NV, MI, MN, OR, CA, MA, CT, or IL.
• Experience in high acuity clinical environments (e.g., ED, ICU) or geriatrics.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
