Salary: $101,200 – $126,500 USD

What you will do

• Conduct genetic risk assessments and explain findings to patients and reproductive partners.
• Discuss benefits, risks, and limitations of various genetic testing options.
• Provide call-outs of results and manage appropriate follow-up sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to answer inquiries and support clinical decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of genetic counseling protocols, SOPs, and patient education materials.
• Represent the company at trade shows and scientific conferences.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling or equivalent.
• Board certification by the American Board of Genetic Counseling or the American Board of Medical Genetics.
• Minimum of two years of clinical genetic counseling experience.
• Must be based in the USA and maintain required state licensure.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Experience in IVF clinics, patient care, or laboratory settings.
• Fluency in a second language such as Spanish or Mandarin.
