What you will do

• Lead day-to-day management of Olympics partnerships, serving as the primary contact for clients and properties.
• Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns, events, and experiential activations.
• Develop integrated sponsorship strategies across digital, social, PR, and retail channels.
• Oversee creative development, budget management, and internal approval processes.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to evaluate performance and measurement.
• Mentor junior team members and support organic growth through research and pitch support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field.
• 4-6+ years of relevant experience, specifically managing Olympics partnerships.
• Strong established relationships within the sports and entertainment industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to travel and be on-site at events outside of normal business hours.
• Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage client projects.
