What you will do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and execute repairs using hand and power tools.
• Oversee facility inspections, safety hazard identification, and contractor coordination.
• Manage shipping and receiving activities, including inspection, labeling, and distribution of materials.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with carriers to resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain loading docks and storage areas in a clean, safe, and compliant condition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of working knowledge in facility operations, maintenance, or warehouse management.
• Proficiency in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting 50+ lbs.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
• Must be able to work on-site in Boulder, CO.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business or Facilities Management.
• Familiarity with shipping systems such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
