What you will do

• Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for analytics and experimentation solutions.
• Lead the development of dashboards, reporting capabilities, A/B testing infrastructure, and rollout management tools.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to define priorities and deliver high-quality experiences.
• Investigate complex analytics challenges and translate customer needs into actionable product improvements.
• Develop meaningful metrics and data frameworks to help users identify growth opportunities.
• Drive experimentation capabilities, including targeting strategies and measurement approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical product roles, or analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and ability to independently explore data to develop metrics.
• Technical understanding of APIs, data models, system architecture, and engineering workflows.
• Proven experience building data-driven products, analytics platforms, or growth-focused solutions.
• Strong product sense with the ability to prioritize opportunities based on customer problems.
• Must be based in Germany.
