What you will do

• Own the platform product strategy for user management, payments, tax infrastructure, and data extraction.
• Scale the inner source model to ensure high velocity across multiple business units.
• Coordinate competing demands from internal business units to resolve conflicts and maintain focus.
• Manage capacity and portfolio allocation to ensure platform capabilities drive real business impact.
• Build AI-native infrastructure by surfacing capabilities through MCPs, APIs, and SDKs.
• Lead and mentor group owners to foster a culture of high-autonomy and fast execution.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience leading platform or infrastructure product teams at a scaling tech company.
• Deep understanding of AI-native tooling including MCP, APIs, and SDKs.
• Experience with inner source or platform-as-a-service models.
• Strong technical foundation in service ownership, API strategy, and platform reliability.
• High coordination threshold with the ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders.
