Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; Morristown, NJ; or San Jose, CA

Salary: $150,000 - $230,000

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize customer and operational needs for hirify.global Plus growth and profitability.
• Develop and own the technology strategy and roadmap across underwriting, claims, service, and policy management.
• Build and ship AI-native products by prototyping, testing, and iteratively deploying in production.
• Lead end-to-end product execution from problem framing and success metrics to launch and adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience building high-impact products.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the insurance space.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into shipped solutions with measurable impact.
• Excellent communication, influence, and executive leadership skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Austin, Dallas, Morristown, or San Jose (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Experience scaling AI-native products in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Experience operating in startup or high-growth environments with lean teams.
• Advanced degree (MS or MBA).
