What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to define and design differentiated financial products and customer experiences.
• Own the end-to-end transaction journey from customer initiation to settlement and book balancing.
• Define feature development, write user stories, and create acceptance criteria for developers and designers.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to drive product strategy and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure a cohesive UX across web and mobile properties.
• Research industry trends to pitch and implement recommendations for the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of product management experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with payments and money movement (ACH, Wire transfers, internal transfers, and checks).
• Ability to translate API specification documents into detailed technical feature requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's or Undergraduate degree.
• Location: Must be based in Richardson, TX, United States

• Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, or SQL.
• Prior experience in technical product management.
