What you will do

• Lead global HR IT transformation initiatives to harmonize employee lifecycle processes and realize efficiency gains.
• Develop and manage the long-term global HR IT roadmap and technological architecture.
• Drive the global HR IT governance model, including design principles, change management, and release management.
• Identify and integrate innovative technologies such as Agentic AI, Skills Management, and Process Mining.
• Assume global responsibility for the HR platform landscape, specifically SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning).
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Data Privacy teams to ensure secure and compliant system usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or HR.
• Several years of professional experience in HR IT, global HR platforms, or digital HR transformation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
• Proven experience leading international projects and cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in end-to-end HR processes (Hire-to-Retire) and system integration.
• English: Business fluent (C1).
