What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the core platform, aligning priorities with business objectives.
• Lead the development of foundational capabilities, including identity and access management (SSO, RBAC), APIs, and shared services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout product discovery, design, development, and launch.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear product specifications and delivery plans.
• Drive initiatives to improve platform scalability, security, governance, and overall product velocity.
• Monitor platform performance and user feedback to continuously optimize capabilities and experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 7 years of Product Management experience owning complex technical products or platform capabilities.
• Proven experience scaling enterprise features such as SSO, RBAC, data ingestion, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and hybrid/on-premises environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and customer-facing teams.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, machine learning platforms, industrial software, or manufacturing technologies.
• Experience working directly with technical users to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
