What you will do

• Lead and coordinate all product development activities within the German market.
• Design and manage field trials and development programmes from planning through to evaluation.
• Manage development budgets, external trial providers, and research partners.
• Support product registration by providing technical expertise and efficacy data to regulatory teams and authorities.
• Partner with Marketing to develop product positioning and pre-launch strategies.
• Represent Germany within the wider EAME Product Development organisation.

Requirements

• Experience in plant protection product development within the agricultural sector.
• Strong agronomic knowledge of the German market, crops, and crop protection practices.
• Degree (Master's preferred) in Agricultural Science or a related discipline.
• Native-level German and fluent English.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements supporting product registrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with ARM trial management software or AI tools.
