CPQ Analyst (Oracle CPQ)

Salary: $105,500 – $213,500

What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and IT to define business requirements.
• Own end-to-end enablement for New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure product quote readiness.
• Configure and manage product models, attributes, rules, UI components, and templates in Oracle CPQ.
• Optimize the full quote lifecycle, including approvals, revisions, and document generation.
• Manage the integration between Oracle CPQ and Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure data synchronization.
• Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and generate sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of CPQ application administration experience (Oracle CPQ preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ and Salesforce (SFDC) integration.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM workflows, and quote-to-order lifecycles.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• English: Mastery (C1+) required.
