Salary: $103,000 - $150,000/year

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, analyze, and document functional requirements for Go-to-Market platforms.
• Lead business analysis for Lead-to-Account and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Translate business requirements into Epics and User Stories within Jira.
• Act as a liaison between project sponsors and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria to validate application design.
• Manage day-to-day operations and implementation of platforms including MS Dynamics, Salesforce, and Tableau.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with MS Dynamics, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Thorough understanding of Campaign-to-Lead, Lead-to-Order, and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Ability to write basic to medium complexity SQL queries.
• Proven history of working with developers and cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Must be willing and able to work on-site in Alameda, CA.

Nice to have

• Scrum Agile certification.
• PMP certification.
• Salesforce Administrator or Sales/Service Cloud certifications.
• Experience with Boomi or MS Dynamics Voice.
