What you will do

• Lead day-to-day support operations for Digital Marketing, Content Supply Chain, DAM, and eCommerce platforms.
• Coordinate support escalations and communications between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
• Monitor platform health, operational dashboards, and KPIs to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Define support models and lead the onboarding of new digital products into the Customer Support organization.
• Create operational documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials for Tier 1 support teams.
• Develop and present operational health reviews and performance metrics to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise digital platforms such as AEM, DAM, eCommerce, or Salesforce.
• Strong business analysis and data analytics skills, including experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or Mingle.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
