Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM): Owning the full-cycle recruitment process for Go-to-Market roles with an accent on consultative hiring manager partnership and strategic sourcing. Focus on building high-quality pipelines for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams while leveraging AI-assisted tools to optimize the hiring process.

Location: Must be based in the US and able to work EST hours, with the ability to report to the Atlanta office as needed.

What you will do

• Own the entire recruiting lifecycle from intake meetings to offer negotiation for a diverse portfolio of GTM roles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using AI-assisted tools and social media to engage passive talent.
• Partner with hiring managers as a consultative advisor on market conditions, role calibration, and interview design.
• Manage interview logistics and ensure a structured, consistent, and high-touch candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and recruitment campaigns to attract top-tier talent.
• Track and report on key hiring metrics to drive process improvements and ATS optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience in fast-paced SaaS or technology environments.
• Proven track record recruiting for Sales, Government Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and modern AI-assisted sourcing/automation tools.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to advise leadership on compensation and market calibration.
• Must be able to work EST hours and travel up to 10% of the time.
• Solid understanding of employment law and structured interviewing best practices.
