What you will do

• Build high-quality talent pipelines for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and creative networking.
• Develop tailored outreach strategies to generate high response rates.
• Map competitor accounts and analyze compensation trends to refine hiring strategies.
• Deliver market intelligence regarding talent availability and competitor hiring activity.
• Nurture long-term candidate relationships and ensure a world-class candidate experience.

Requirements

• Experience in Talent Sourcing or Executive Search within high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of the North America SaaS revenue ecosystem and enterprise sales methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully engaging passive talent.
• Ability to leverage multiple sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn.
• Strong research skills and ability to interpret hiring data into actionable insights.
