What you will do

• Lead daily operations at the New York hub, overseeing building maintenance, repairs, mailroom, and access control.
• Own the on-site employee experience by managing space activations, food programs, and event support.
• Build collaborative relationships with site leaders and executives to align the workplace experience with company culture.
• Manage end-to-end vendor relations, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and service oversight.
• Support space planning and seating logistics to align with hybrid and growth models.
• Monitor and manage the operational budget for the site, ensuring cost-effective delivery and accurate forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace operations, office management, employee experience, or hospitality.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and tools such as ServiceNow, Slack, Envoy, Canva, and Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and attention to detail.
• Experience managing office logistics, budgets, and negotiating vendor contracts.
• Must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed.
