What you will do

• Develop and evolve the workplace experience strategy to ensure a consistent and positive experience across all work environments.
• Design and deliver virtual and in-person engagement programs to foster connection and belonging.
• Oversee WeWork and office operations, including space planning, access, vendor relationships, and budget management.
• Lead end-of-year celebrations, employee milestone programs, and the scaling of company swag.
• Partner with People Operations, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align workplace initiatives with company needs.
• Maintain accessible workplace resources in Notion and use employee feedback to continuously improve programs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in workplace experience, employee programs, workplace operations, or corporate real estate.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and coworking spaces (e.g., WeWork).
• Track record of planning and delivering cross-functional employee events and offsites.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create structured, approachable employee resources.
• Continuous improvement mindset utilizing data and employee feedback.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco
